These Terms are not legal advice, and TRW encourages all clients and site visitors to seek independent legal counsel if they have questions about their rights or obligations.

TRW cannot guarantee that these Terms will cover every situation or jurisdiction. Your use of this website and engagement with TRW’s services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Scope of Services
TRW provides consulting services to individuals and organizations seeking to start or improve group homes and home-based health services. Services may include, but are not limited to: licensing and compliance guidance, staff training, program design, policy creation, and operational consulting.

Client Responsibilities
By engaging TRW, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the consulting process.

  • Follow through on tasks, applications, or actions as advised.

  • Respect TRW’s professional time and scheduling.
     

Payments & Fees

  • All fees for consulting services are due as outlined in the invoice or service agreement provided to the client.

  • Payments must be made in full by the specified due date, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
     

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel scheduled consultations with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once consulting services have begun, as TRW provides professional time and expertise.

  • Any agreed-upon refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis at TRW’s discretion.
     

Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, templates, guides, policies, and resources provided by TRW remain the intellectual property of TRW.

  • Clients are granted limited use of these materials solely for their business operations.

  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of TRW’s proprietary materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
     

No Guarantees
While TRW provides expertise and proven strategies, TRW does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as state approval, licensing, or business success. Success depends on multiple factors, including the client’s compliance, effort, and external regulations.

Limitation of Liability
TRW shall not be held liable for any damages, delays, or losses resulting from the use of consulting services or reliance on advice provided. TRW’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for services rendered.

Changes to Services
TRW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services, offerings, or website content at any time without prior notice.

Generally, Terms & Conditions include the following, which also apply to TRW:

  • Eligibility: This website and services are intended for individuals at least 18 years of age.

  • Payment Methods: TRW accepts payment methods as specified on invoices (e.g., credit card, ACH, PayPal, etc.).

  • Service Adjustments: TRW may update or adjust offerings in the future.

  • Warranties & Disclaimers: Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of success.

  • Intellectual Property: All branding, logos, written content, and training materials belong to TRW.

  • Account Suspension: TRW reserves the right to suspend or terminate client access in cases of nonpayment, misuse, or violation of terms.
