Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Last Updated: September 18, 2025 This Booking Policy outlines the guidelines for scheduling, canceling, and managing consultations and training sessions with TRW Group Home Consulting (“TRW”). By booking services with TRW, you agree to the terms below. 1. Booking - Appointments must be scheduled in advance using TRW’s official booking system, email, or phone. - A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured. - Payment (in full or deposit, as specified in the invoice) may be required to confirm your booking. - Bookings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling - 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee or deposit. - No-Shows: If a client does not attend the scheduled session without notice, the session fee will be charged in full and no refunds will be issued. - Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once without penalty if proper notice is given. Additional changes may be subject to availability. 3. Waitlist Policy - When sessions are fully booked, TRW may maintain a waitlist for clients who wish to secure the next available opening. - Waitlist clients will be contacted in the order they were added if a cancellation occurs. - To remain on the waitlist, clients must respond promptly when contacted; otherwise, the next person in line will be offered the slot. 4. TRW’s Rights - TRW reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered the earliest available alternative. - TRW reserves the right to refuse bookings from clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
